Investigating - We are currently seeing intermittent errors on the Amazon order download tasks. We are receiving an internal error from the Amazon API server and are not downloading orders.
We have opened a case with Amazon to try and resolve the issue.

Microsoft Windows Security Update Impacting EVP Remote Desktop Application
Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Identified - A recent Microsoft security update has added a new warning screen and has disabled some default functionality with remote desktop connections. When connecting to the EVP remote desktop application, and you are prompted with a new Windows security window, you should enable access to Drives, Clipboard and Printers.
