Remote Desktop Gateway servers were rebooted last night and this incident is resolved. We continue to monitor for issues. Please log a ticket in the Etail Solutions Help Center if you experience any disconnects.

Update -
We are continuing to investigate to find a root cause, but it appears connections have stabilized. After business hours tonight we will continue troubleshooting which may cause further disconnects. We will keep the status page updated.
